COVID 19 Protocols

Before your appointment please read/do the following:

• Please come to the appointment wearing a clean disposable or reusable mask that will be worn throughout the treatment.

• Arrive alone and as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are unable to arrive alone, be sure to tell your person accompanying you, that they will be screened at arrival and will be asked to provide their name and number upon for contact tracing purposes. The person accompanying you should also be instructed to arrive at the appointment wearing a clean disposable or reusable mask. The preference would be to wait in the car during your appointment time. We will be creating a log to complete for all clients and accompanying persons who enter this space.

• I have extended the time between appointments to allow for stringent cleaning and sanitizing protocols as well as to minimize contact of patients.

• For this reason I am asking you to wait in your car and to send me a text to alert me of your arrival (905-550-9642)

• Wash or sanitize your hands before and after our appointment.
