This online course is a 25 hrs course that will offer the basic understanding to
the fundamentals and theory as well as give us a chance to explore the postures for yin. A series of
poses that are held for 3-5 minutes each, going the edge of our range of motion, in order to slow down,
find length and meet our edge. It is a mindful practice that offers spaciousness and challenges, with
breath and mindfulness.
